Not-for-Profit Governance Training

At Regional Development Australia Goldfields Esperance, we believe that enhancing community capacity is crucial to the development of the Goldfields Esperance region. By focusing on governance skills, we are empowering our community volunteers to drive positive change, foster economic growth and increase community vibrancy. 

This FREE workshop is designed for current and prospective board/committee members of not-for-profit organisations, including sports clubs, school boards, P&Fs, CRCs, RGBs, Grower Groups, Aged Care, Child Care and other special interest groups.

In this session, presented by Caroline Robinson of 150 Square, you will learn an overview on what governance is, how a constitution works for you, your role, duty and obligations as a board/committee member, how to effectively run and record meetings and an introduction to understanding the financials.
